Senior Classes (age 65+)

Our Senior Fitness and Yoga classes are designed to meet the health and fitness needs of our members in a comfortable environment.  With our small group class structure, we’re able to focus on the core movements and functions that help seniors stay active, live healthy lifestyles and feel young at heart. Our classes are taught by specially trained and certified instructors.


Our Fitness class offers a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility/mobility, core, and balance to improve functional movement patterns.  We welcome all levels of fitness and can modify movements as needed.  


Our Yoga class uses a focused approach supporting balance, mobility and joint health. It can be done via a chair or mat.  A primary goal in yoga is to lead a breathing and movement sequence that will energize the body and calm the mind.

Quick Tips

Drink plenty of water before, during and after class. Bring you water bottle and if you forget water bottles are provide. Don't eat 2 hours before class.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring your mat and towel. Cool off after class with our cold towels that have been soaked in essential oils. We offer purchase or rental mats and sell comfortable name brand clothing; brands like Onzie, Spiritual Gansta, Teeki and more.

Listen to your body and make modifications as needed. This is your yoga practice and workout so do what feels right for your body.  Share your goals, injuries and concerns with your instructor who is here to guide you.
