LIVE BALLET FIT is classical ballet training with a focus on strengthening your legs, butt, core and back. Sculpt your ballet muscles while improving your endurance, posture, and grace. Classes include standing warm-up exercises and stretches, balances, agility sequences, classic ballet combinations, and the joy of dancing! Courtney is graceful and inspiring! All experience levels are welcome. This is a fun class that will increase your body awareness! Wear dance or exercise clothes, regular socks (no grips on the bottoms), or ballet shoes. Bring a towel, water and a mat! Can't wait!
