We incorporate yoga movements in our fitness classes that offer a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.
We welcome all levels of fitness. Classes can be modified or more challenging depending on where you are at in your level of fitness or yoga practice.

We believe being “Fit” is more than working out three times a week. Fitness and overall improved health is achieved when you change your mindset.
