Welcome to Live Pure Yoga and Fitness
Our missions is to challenge and lead members to achieve the highest level of fitness through a variety of classes, workshops and events that focus on health and wellness. Our yoga classes focus on breathing through sequence of movement that energizes your body and calms your mind. We also incorporate yoga movements in our fitness classes that provide a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Classes can be modified or more challenging depending on where you are at in your level of fitness or yoga practice.
We believe being “Fit” is about improving your overall health and wellness which can only be achieved by changing mindset. We encourage you to find your "WHY", that is your reason or goals for working out that are important to you. When you share your "WHY" with us, we will help you achieve your goals and you will see results!
